‘Had a boiler installed yesterday by a gentleman called Callum, what a gent he was, very polite, professional and did the installation to a very very high standard.
He went above and beyond to make sure it was all done correctly and even tidied up every bit of rubbish.
Callum is a top bloke and very skilled and knowledgeable in his job!!
